Excellent Service

I recently was having difficulty installing MS Server and getting Remote Desktop to work. After 2-3 days of getting more and more frustrated, trying every tutorial I could find on UTube, I stumbled on Trusted Tech Team website. I thought “what do I have to lose?” And I filled out a request for them to call me. They did! The next morning a very knowledgeable tech explained to me my problem, and pointed me to the correct software that I needed. Purchasing took just a few minutes. And they provided very detailed step by step instructions. By day end it was up and running perfectly.

I did have one hiccup. So I sent them an email and very quickly they replied with a link to some instructions that I had skipped.

Looking back, I am so glad I found your site. Thank you!
