SHIPPING

We can ship to nearly any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When an order is placed online or through our customer service department, the estimated time frame for delivery is based upon a number of factors, including the destination, shipping method, and the time in which the order was placed.

Most products ship same day, however, below are the estimated processing and delivery time frames for each shipping method:

ELECTRONIC DELIVERY*

Purchased products with an electronic delivery method or download stated will be sent in an email the same day your order is confirmed.

*License keys/serial numbers are emailed out within 30 minutes of purchase during normal business hours ( 6am - 4pm Pacific Time ).
After hours licenses are emailed up to 2 hours after purchase before 8pm Pacific Time.
Remaining licenses will be emailed the following morning. For orders placed on a weekend after 8pm Pacific Time, licenses are filled the next day by noon.


Ground: 1-2 days processing time. 4 - 10 Business days for delivery

Express Saver: 1-2 days processing time. 2 - 3 Business days for delivery

Standard Overnight: 1-2 days processing time. 1 Business day for delivery.

Please keep in mind that the listed times are an estimation and, depending on product availability, it is possible that your product may arrive on a sooner date.

 

RETURN POLICY

Trusted Tech Team strives to provide our customers with superior assistance in regards to our return services. To ensure that our customers are satisfied with the product(s) they order, we offer a 30 day product guarantee. Within 30 days of delivery, Trusted Tech Team will refund the full amount, minus the cost of shipping on new, unopened items. You must obtain authorization before returning any product by contacting us by email at Support@TrustedTechTeam.com or phone (855) 202 - 8140.

Trusted Tech Team will pay the return shipping for the incorrect or defective item in the event of a Trusted Tech Team shipping error. Customers shall expect to receive their refund within 2-4 weeks. This time frame estimate includes the shipping transit time back to our company location, an authorization check and your refund processing time. Refunds are only issued back in the form of the original method of payment. If a customer has received an incorrect or defective item due to an error on our part and would like to receive a replacement, Trusted Tech Team will pay the return shipping price for the incorrect item and ship the correct item out to the customer using upgraded shipping.

*Electronic delivery - Trusted Tech Team will process the product/license key through manufacturer verification to make sure the product has not yet been activated or tampered with. Once this verification process is complete and the product has passed, Trusted Tech Team will refund the purchase price of the product to the original method of payment.

Open License - Trusted Tech Team may charge a 15% restocking fee on Open License orders that have been fulfilled.

Retail Licenses - Trusted Tech Team may charge a 15% restocking fee on retail orders that have been fulfilled.

Anti-Virus - Trusted Tech Team may charge a 25% restocking fee on Anti-Virus orders that have been fulfilled.

Microsoft Office 365 - Non-Refundable! We are unable to send these keys back to Microsoft so we are unfortunately not able to refund any Office 365 purchases.
