The Future of Cloud in 2030

Mapping Your Path to Azure

We measure how your servers actually run, map their dependencies, and give you one number you can approve with confidence.

Azure Migrate runs alongside our proprietary tooling, sampling 7 days of real workload data across your environment for organizations migrating to Azure or already running in It. An engineer reviews every workload the tooling flags, correcting the sizing and scoring it for migration readiness before it ever reaches your cost model.

At the end of the assessment, the recommendation is clear, and the path to get there is already mapped.

Everything Included in Your Assessment

What You Walk Away With

Six deliverables, built to ensure seamless migration.

  1. Validated Server Inventory -Every machine running, with real performance data.
  2. Dependency & Application Map - Cutover order set by facts, not guesswork.
  3. Right-Sized Target Design - VM, storage and disk tier for every workload.
  4. Full Monthly Cost Model - The whole invoice, not just the VM line. Storage, backup, disaster recovery, egress, and monitoring priced in from day one, not discovered on your first bill.
  5. Licensing & Reservation Scenarios - PAYG against Reserved, Savings Plans, Hybrid Benefit.
  6. Executive & Technical Readouts - For your board and for your engineers. Azure Migration Assessment Brief

The Number You Approve Is the One That Appears on the Invoice.

Six reasons the estimate will line up with your first invoice.
  • Azure Capacity & Regional Resiliency Assessment - TrustedTech Azure Capacity & Regional Resiliency Assessment - TrustedTech

    Measured, Not Estimated

Sizing starts from 7 days of real utilization data collected in your environment, not the specs someone over-provisioned years ago.
  • An Engineer Checks the Tool's Homework

Azure Migrate's default one-size-fits-all sizing gets caught and corrected before it becomes your budget.
  • The Whole Bill, Not the Headline

Storage, backup, egress, VPN and secure access are priced in from the start, so no surprise lines appear later.
  • Every Workload Scored for Readiness

Compatibility, performance, dependency complexity and risk, scored per workload, with blockers and fixes identified.
  • Licensing Modeled by Your CSP

We hold and bill your Microsoft agreements, so reservation and Hybrid Benefit math reflects real pricing.
  • A Low-Commitment First Step

A one-time engagement, with no obligation to migrate with us afterwards. The findings are yours either way. Azure Migration Assessment Brief

What Generic Tools Miss

An automated scan tells you what's running. It doesn't tell you what will break. Four patterns we catch before they become a change order:
  • Clustered and Always-On Systems

Always On Availability Group nodes and clustered SQL Server systems can't be lifted and shifted one VM at a time. They need to be re-architected and cut over as a unit, listener reconfiguration included.
  • Foundational Infrastructure Hiding in Plain Sight

Domain controllers and DNS are easy to leave implicit in a discovery pass. Left unaddressed, they strand identity mid-migration. We identify and sequence them deliberately, before the first workload wave moves.
  • Sibling Systems That Don't Migrate The Same Way

Matched load-balancer pool members and paired nodes can produce different migration outcomes even when they look identical on paper. We flag the divergence before it becomes an unplanned rollback.
  • Source Environment Misclassification

Colocation-hosted or hybrid systems sometimes get mislabeled as in-scope, pulling infrastructure into the estimate that was never meant to move. We confirm true source location for every system before it's costed.

Database and SQL Workloads

Does the assessment cover SQL Server and database workloads?

Yes. Database and clustered workloads are classified separately from general-purpose VMs during the assessment, not folded into a generic VM count. Licensing model, availability-group membership, and storage tier all factor into the disposition and the cost model before a single workload moves.

Client Engagement

From Assessment to Execution

In one recent estate migration, the assessment surfaced a documented application-layer blocker on two systems early enough to escalate it instead of discovering it mid-cutover, and grouped Always On Availability Group nodes into their own wave rather than treating them like standalone VMs. The client moved from assessment into a phased execution engagement with the wave plan already validated.
