I've used Quickbooks for many years. A couple of months ago Quickbooks 16 started crashing on me on a regular basis. When I finally contacted Intuit I was told that since QB 16 is no longer supported, they couldn't help with my problem and I should buy QB 19. When I bought QB 16 in 2015 from Intuit, the price was about $350. Now the price for upgrading is $500 from Intuit--no discount for long time users. So I went on line to search for a better price. I read reviews of users' experience trying to use a disc from various sellers and most of the reviews seemed to be negative. So I looked for the best price for downloading from the internet (no disc). Trusted Tech had a great price plus a small discount, and I was able to download and start working again within about an hour. It was a great experience, and I'll check out Trusted Tech when I need software in the future.
