Depending on a multitude of factors, you may need to manually activate your software. Please see the below steps, or call us at 855-202-8140 and we will walk you through the process within 5 minutes!
If this is your first installation, input "0" as you have not yet activated the software.
Most downloads by default go to your downloads folder. Click your start menu, search for "Downloads" and you should see the downloads folder show up. In there you should find the "Office 2010.zip" folder inside. From here you can start the install process by double clicking on the Office 2010.
This error occurs when you try to start an install without completing the download. Click here to visit the download page and restart. Make sure to give your computer plenty of time to downloads, it can take up to an hour depending on internet speed.

Most computers come with a trial of the newest office installed. It is best practice to remove any trials of office. Visit: Control Panel > Programs and Features, locate "Office 365" and select uninstall. This will leave your office 2010 suite as the only version on your computer.
