Trusted Tech Team returns from a weekend in Las Vegas as sponsors from this year’s Cell Phone Repair (CPR)/ Computer Troubleshooters (CT) Annual Conference. Held at the Park MGM August 7-9, the conference included in-depth exhibitions and trainings for those already a part of, or looking to break into, the CPR/CT industry.
The event was hosted by CPR, experts in affordable tablet, laptop, game console, and cell phone repair. CPR works to be an asset to every community they serve, by providing local repair solutions to schools, businesses, and consumers in both local and global communities. CPR offers Franchise opportunities and tools to help future business owners grow successfully in this rapidly changing field.
The conference’s first ever “Industry Day,” allowed vendors and independent repair shops to speak with attendees about their first-hand experience in the field. Guest speakers and panelists focused on the important issues facing our industry and key strategies for improving business.
The conference featured separate trainings catered to both CPR/CT industries and included exhibitions such as Pre-Owned Device Strategies, The Shifting Warranty Landscape, Tools of the Trade, OEM Post-Sale Support Panel, MSP Sales marketing Workshop, Business Solutions Program, and more.
